I just got CS4 and I am looking for some videos on basic functions as well as advanced techniques.
Personally i dont think you can go past Dr Brown,,, just as long as you can put up with the lunatic

the face circless.
First create a new layer. It will be transparant and you will see your image as before the layer. With the ellipse selection tool, press and hold down the shift and alt immediately after left clicking on the image — drag out the circle to your liking. Then Edit > Stroke and select the width of the resultant circle, the color, and the inside, center or outside. Click OK. Circle done.
