I’d like to learn how to make the circles, like this here-

First create a new layer. It will be transparant and you will see your image as before the layer. With the ellipse selection tool, press and hold down the shift and alt immediately after left clicking on the image — drag out the circle to your liking. Then Edit > Stroke and select the width of the resultant circle, the color, and the inside, center or outside. Click OK. Circle done.

I’m looking for a serious of photoshop video tutorials, preferably free and online, that are geared toward introducing someone to drawing techniques within photoshop. Basically having more of a focus on digital painting, and less of a focus on compositing. Links would be great, or just general suggestions. Whatever advice is out there is helpful. In case you’re wondering Photoshop CS3 is what I’m working with.

I remember way back when I use to be sick at graphic design…. I remember learning alot from a website that gave step by step tutorials on how to make certain cool pictures with adobe photoshop.

Now like 5 years later I forgot everything including that website.

Anyone know what it is? That was the foundation of my learning.

Here’s a WebTV show that is right up that alley. It has over 150 episodes.
