Where can I find a good easy to use adobe photoshop tutorials?
I’d like to learn how to make the circles, like this here-

First create a new layer. It will be transparant and you will see your image as before the layer. With the ellipse selection tool, press and hold down the shift and alt immediately after left clicking on the image — drag out the circle to your liking. Then Edit > Stroke and select the width of the resultant circle, the color, and the inside, center or outside. Click OK. Circle done.
