    Liquify is ALWAYS …
    Liquify is ALWAYS found in the top group of filter in the filter menu. You might have turned off the menu option for it. Make sure that you have ALL menus visible. If you are using a custom workspace, drop it and use the default workspace. If this doesn’t work, time to reinstall.

    Sorry, new to this. But I can’t find the ‘liquify’ tool anywhere under filter. I’m using the CS3 version for mac….does that make a difference? there’s only blur, noise, pixelate, sharpen, stylize, other (and other does not contain liquify). also this is the ‘free’ CS3 uploaded from youtube…wondering if that is why I don’t have the tool? please help thanks!
