This is a tutorial on taking an image and dressing it up to increase the overall appearance using reflections, blurs and lighting within Adobe Photoshop CS4.
This particular project focused on the cover art of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. I explain the steps it takes to create a much more appealing image using basic effects with photoshop itself, without having to download addons and filters from 3rd party websites.
Use this tutorial to see what type of effects you can come up with, by altering my instructions. The best way to learn photoshop is to become familiar with layers. If you can control your layers and their effects, photoshop is much more enjoyable.
