Just installed Photoshop CS3 and made my first discovery! How to selectively colorize a regular jpeg image in Camera Raw…without any masking or selection tools! Cool!

How to create a light beam in your image with Photoshop. If the gradient looks too banded add a little bit of noise to the gradient layer by going to Filter- Noise-Add Noise –Monochromatic.
